系統(tǒng)描述

雷泰 EC150 是專門用于擠出薄膜、擠出涂布和覆合加工過程的薄膜熱成像系統(tǒng)。EC 150 系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)自動(dòng)的表面檢測系統(tǒng)，能對擠出涂布、附和擠壓和復(fù)合加工過程進(jìn)行探測、測量和對出現(xiàn)的缺陷進(jìn)行分類。

EC 150 系統(tǒng)具有管理塑料薄膜擠出加工質(zhì)量的**功能。當(dāng)局部發(fā)生溫度和粘度變化的熔融流體通過一定寬度的擠出液流通道時(shí)，會(huì)導(dǎo)致擠出薄膜“波邊”或“跑邊”、裂口和邊緣破裂。在EC 150 系統(tǒng)中使用 EC 150 系統(tǒng)中用 MP50 掃描測溫儀連續(xù)地監(jiān)測溫度分布和擠出熔布簾的寬度、自動(dòng)探測薄膜的瑕疵和缺陷。

EC 150 系統(tǒng)可連續(xù)監(jiān)控薄膜擠出的過程，將溫度數(shù)據(jù)處理后生成可視化的溫度曲線和熱像圖，并可將溫度曲線圖和熱像圖數(shù)據(jù)打印存檔。

EC 150 所獨(dú)有的“自動(dòng)扇區(qū)”功能可連續(xù)監(jiān)控從擠出料斗中擠出的熔體簾，并自動(dòng)探測邊緣。“自動(dòng)扇區(qū)”功能可自動(dòng)適應(yīng)所測量的塑料膜片寬度的變化，自動(dòng)探測溫度波動(dòng)以及“波動(dòng)”或“跑邊”等缺陷。在“自動(dòng)扇區(qū)”內(nèi)可計(jì)算溫度的偏離、不正常的波邊、跑邊等情況，或快速和自動(dòng)地探測從一條掃描溫度線到下一條線的邊緣裂口。一旦探測到故障和缺陷，會(huì)觸發(fā)報(bào)警以便迅速進(jìn)行調(diào)整。
